The Dashboard includes the ability to drill down, up and across throughout the service delivery model. Drilling and navigating can be done based on the contractual object model or based on predefined paths that are tailored to answer specific scenarios in the context of a dashboard page. Using the root-cause analysis capabilities, users can quickly identify failure points and take proactive action to avoid irreversible violations. The new service level for infrastructure components definition is reflected in the Dashboard to better present the link between infrastructure components and the corresponding affected service.
