Customized Dashboard Views

The Dashboard provides a role-based and a user specific view of service delivery information. Dedicated dashboard pages can be created and assigned to roles. This role-based view allows different types of users with different levels and types of responsibilities and expertise to view and analyze the service delivery status from their unique perspective. Using the dashboard, users can easily customize and build their own views, severities and points of interest without the need for any technical knowledge to better respond to their customers.

Visual and intuitive tracking of service delivery business metrics

The dashboard provides a broad overview on and clear visibility into the performance of the service delivery by graphically indicating the status of key indicators.

Eye-catching graphics, named "Widgets" provide at-a-glance understanding of the status of a specific entity. An entity might be a standard one, such as a metric or a contract party, or a custom-made entity such as a department within the organization or a country.

The Dashboard widgets can be organized using dashviews. This helps to create straightforward grouping of information, including table-like placement that also reveals important attributes of each entity, selected according to the needs of each user. The Dashboard helps the user to sort, organize and prioritize the information with ease.

Another level of organization can be reached by using multiple Dashboard pages. Pages can be created in advance and assigned to the appropriate users and/or shared between users.

Top-level views of the service delivery performance

The Dashboard allows managers to easily get a top-level, aggregative view of the service delivery performance at-a-glance.

Information is automatically aggregated by the Dashboard from low-levels such as metrics and resources to higher levels such as contracts and contract parties using multiple and flexible roll-up schemes. The configurable roll-up schemes allow managers to tailor the ways results are aggregated to reflect important concerns and better control the influence of each of the components in the overall picture. The Dashboard provides graphical tools that help to intuitively understand the roll-up schemes.

The Dashboard also supports custom-made top-level views that can be easily created by defining a widget composed of any mixture of entities.
