Reason:
CA WA CA 7 Edition called the CA WA Restart Option API (U11SCHCC) to add data to the CA WA Restart Option database. CA WA Restart Option has not returned control after one minute, indicating CA WA Restart Option has a problem. CA WA CA 7 Edition will detach the task.
CA WA CA 7 Edition will automatically reattach a new subtask to attempt to process requests from other products that use the Product Interface. The Product Interface is permanently disabled if the subtask is detached five times (see Message CAL2I025E). An S13E abend may occur when the subtask is detached and can be ignored.
Action:
Determine why CA WA Restart Option has not returned control to CA WA CA 7 Edition.
