Reason:
The CA WA CA 7 Edition attempt to load the CA WA Restart Option API (U11SCHCC) failed. This most likely means the version of CA WA Restart Option you are running does not contain the U11SCHCC API. This feature became available with CA WA Restart Option r11.0. If you want to use the CA WA CA 7 Edition/CA WA Restart Option condition code synchronization feature, you must be running a version of CA WA Restart Option that includes the U11SCHCC API.
Action:
Set CONDCHK=NO on the RESTART file initialization statement until you are running a newer version of CA WA Restart Option.
