Reason:

As a result of repeated detaches (see Messages CAL2I016W and CAL2I024W), the Product Interface is being disabled.

Action:

Check the CA 7 job log for messages CAL2I106W (CA WA CA 7 Edition CA Service Desk) and/or CAL2I024W (the CA WA Restart Option API -U11SCHCC) to determine the cause of the problem. If you cannot resolve the problem, contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.

Note: You must restart CA WA CA 7 Edition to reenable the Product Interface.
