Reason:
CA WA CA 7 Edition was unable to reach an SMTP (email) server. Both the primary SMTP server (on the EMAIL ESERVER option) and the SMTP server on the local system have been tried. CA WA CA 7 Edition does not send the email.
Action:
Determine why an SMTP server is not available. If using an SMTP server on another system, make sure that system is up and can be reached from the system where CA WA CA 7 Edition is executing. If necessary, you can turn on the CA WA CA 7 Edition email trace (/EADMIN,TRC=Y) to obtain the actual return and reason codes returned from TCP/IP.
