Reason:
CA WA CA 7 Edition is unable to reach the primary SMTP (email) server specified on the EMAIL ESERVER option. CA WA CA 7 Edition will next try to contact the SMTP server on the system where CA WA CA 7 Edition is executing. CA WA CA 7 Edition will try to use the primary SMTP server for every subsequent email, but will only issue this message the first time the server cannot be reached.
Action:
Determine why the primary SMTP server is not available and correct the problem.
