Reason:
CA WA CA 7 Edition was unable to create a communication connection to TCP/IP. CA WA CA 7 Edition does not send the email.
Action:
Determine why the EZASMI SOCKET call failed in the TCP/IP address space. If necessary, you can turn on the CA WA CA 7 Edition email trace (/EADMIN,TRC=Y) to obtain the actual return and reason codes returned from TCP/IP.
