Reason:
An attempt was made to DEMAND(H) or LOAD(H) a job and the requestor was not authorized to submit for the USERID in the Job Owner field associated with the job.
Action:
If security access should be allowed, contact your installation security administrator to authorize the user to submit for the USERID in the Job Owner field on the DB.1 panel.
