SUBMIT DENIED BASED ON USERID IN JCL

Reason:

An attempt was made to DEMAND(H) or LOAD(H) a job and the jobs JCL contained a USERID that the requester was not authorized to submit.

Action:

If security access should be allowed, contact your installation security administrator to authorize the user to submit for the USERID that exists in the JCL.
