CANNOT PERFORM FUNCTION - JOB NOT AT AGENT

Reason:

An attempt to HOLD or RELEASE an agent job at the agent was unsuccessful because the job had never reached the agent.

Action:

Consider the following actions:

Confirm that the job is in the active queue using the LQ command.
If so, confirm the agent is running because this message typically occurs if the agent is stopped after the job enters the active queue.
If the agent is running, run some jobs to other agents to determine whether the problem is just with this agent, or numerous agents.
Problems with numerous agents could be indicative of a CA Integrated Agent Services (CA IAS) interface problem.
