Reason:
An attempt to HOLD or RELEASE an agent job at the agent was unsuccessful because the agent environment is not active. This problem can occur if the CA Workload Automation SE instance was recycled with the AGENTJOB keyword on the XPDEF file initialization statement set to NO, after having been previously started with a value of YES.
Action:
Try to demand a job to any agent. If the agent environment is not active, you receive an error message.
