Reason:
An attempt to restart an agent job in the request queue failed. A user probably used QJCL to delete the parameter data associated with the job. Agent jobs cannot run successfully without the agent-specific parameter data.
Action:
Cancel the job and resubmit. This action assumes the required parameter data is in the PDS member identified in the job definition panel.
