Reason:
A null message (a message with no data) was received from agent aaaa...aaaa. The nn error code is the return code from the GET_RESPONSE request, and the nnn is the internal CA IAS code indicating the error. This message probably represents an error on the agent side.
Action:
Determine whether the agent is operating properly. If unable to determine the problem, supply this message, the CA Workload Automation SE log data and any other pertinent information to your installation specialist.
