Reason:

CA Integrated Agent Services (CA IAS) could not process a message destined for or sent from the agent aaaa...aaaa. The nn error code is the return code from the GET_RESPONSE request, and the nnn is the internal CA IAS code indicating the error. This message could be due to mismatching encryption keys, an invalid agent definition, or other internal reasons.

Action:

Perform the following actions:

• Ensure the agent definition for this agent is valid.
• Ensure the encryption keys used between CA Workload Automation SE and the agent match identically.

If unable to determine the problem, supply this message, the CA Workload Automation SE log data and any other pertinent information to your installation specialist.
