Cancel Event Dialog

You can use the Cancel Event dialog to cancel an event previously scheduled for the selected CA Workload Automation AE job or jobs.

This dialog contains the following fields:

Job Names

Displays the selected jobs or box jobs on which you can act. This field is read-only.

Event

Specifies the event to cancel for the selected jobs or box jobs.

The following options are available:

• Start
• Force Start
• On Hold
• Off Hold
• On Ice
• Off Ice
• On No Execution
• Off No Execution
• Kill
• Send Signal
• Change Priority
• Change Status
• Comment
• Release Resources (jobs only)
• Reply

Default: Start

Future Date

(Optional) Specifies to cancel an event scheduled to run on this specific date. Clicking opens the Date Picker, so you can select a date to populate the Future Date field.

Limits: Varies depending on the selection for Format Locale in the My Profile dialog

Example: 7/16/09

Default: The current date

Future Time

(Optional) Specifies to cancel an event scheduled to run at this specific time.

Limits: 24 hour format

Example: 05:15

This dialog contains the following buttons:

OK

Sends the event and closes the dialog.

Cancel

Discards your settings and closes the dialog.
