Reason:
CA VM:Tape could not find the indicated record, which is required for Shared Tape Allocation Manager (STAM) initialization, in the VMTAPE CONFIG file. STAM initialization aborts. If the VMTAPE CONFIG file specifies STAM AUTO, CA VM:Tape initialization also fails.
Action:
Ask the CA VM:Tape system administrator to make sure that both a STAMPARM record and a STAM record are in the VMTAPE CONFIG file. When the problem is corrected, start STAM again and, if necessary, start CA VM:Tape again.
