Reason:
While CA VM:Tape was trying to issue a FILEDEF command for the STAM parameter file, an unexpected error occurred. Shared Tape Allocation Manager (STAM) initialization aborts. If the VMTAPE CONFIG file specifies STAM AUTO, CA VM:Tape initialization also fails. If a STAMPARM record is in the VMTAPE CONFIG file, CA VM:Tape issues a FILEDEF for input ddname STAMPARM with file identification equal to the filename, filetype, and filemode parameters on the STAMPARM record. When the FILEDEF fails, CA VM:Tape generates this error message.
