If you are using the CA VM:Tape Setup facility, you will probably have at least one person function as the setup operator. (Identify setup operators by specifying their user ID on a SETUPOPR record in the VMTAPE CONFIG file.) Give the setup operators SETUPOPR authorization to allow them to use the CA VM:Tape SETUP command to control the Setup facility.
