SLA Error Action

The SLA Error action expresses information about error conditions related to SLA. A service level agreement (SLA) is a part of a service contract where the level of service is formally defined. Any type of error about the SLA can be mapped to this action. Less severe events should be mapped to the SLA Warning action. More severe events that warrant immediate action should be mapped to the SLA Alert action.
