The SLA Notification action expresses information about notifications and messages generated related SLA activity. A service level agreement (SLA) is a part of a service contract where the level of service is formally defined. Any type of notification from the SLA activity can be mapped to this action if the event cannot be mapped by a more specific action. Use the SLA Status action if the event describes the status of a SLA.
