The SLA Alert action expresses information about alert conditions related to SLA. A service level agreement (SLA) is a part of a service contract where the level of service is formally defined. Any type of alert about the SLA can be mapped to this action. If this is an error condition and does not warrant immediate attention, then map to the SLA Error action.
