The API Notification action expresses information about notifications and messages generated from or by API modules. An Application Programming Interface (API) is an interface that defines the ways by which an application program may interact with external libraries and/or operating systems. Any type of notification from the API can be mapped to this action if the event cannot be mapped by a more specific action. Use the API Status action if the event describes the status of an API module.
