TSS COMMAND SUBTASK (RECOVERY COMPLETE|HALTED)

Reason:

A TSS command subtask has abended. The message text reflects one of two possible scenarios:

The command processor has successfully recovered from the abend and has resumed processing TSS commands.
The command processor has incurred multiple consecutive abends with no intervening successful commands. TSS has determined that further restarts of the command processor could impact the stability of the system and halted the command processor.

Action:

No action is required if the message indicates recovery. If the command processor is halted then contact CA Technical Support.
