Reason:
The NEWPW MC (Mixed Case) control option must be set before the LC (Lower case) or UC (Upper case) control option can be set.
Action:
Use the MODIFY command to set the NEWPW MC option first in the NEWPW control string. For example: TSS MODIFY NEWPW(MC,LC,UC).
