Reason:
The TSS command subtask has ABENDed while processing a TSS command. The request being processed will be failed and a SVC dump will be produced.
In most cases, an SVCDUMP accompanies this message. To obtain more information about the error including ABEND PSW and Registers, issue the MVS D D,E Operator Command. The message should be followed by message TSS9191I.
Action:
Examine the SVCDUMP and, unless it indicates a hardware/software problem, contact CA Technical Support for assistance.
