Reason:
The XREF in-core signon table for the multi-user address space jobname is exhausted. ACEE information is stored for the individual terminal session only and is not stored in the XREF table. Features like SIGN(S) cannot be enforced for such locally signed on ACEEs. In IMS, this can lead to additional signons in dependent regions.
Action:
Increase the MASTFAC facility MAXUSER parameter appropriate to the number of simultaneous end-users who will be signed on to the address space. Although MAXUSER may be modified at any time for a FACILITY, the address space jobname must be recycled for the new parameter to take effect.
