Reason:
During signon to a region supporting profile sharing, it was detected that CA Top Secret signon fastpath logic was temporarily unavailable due to system workloads. The current signon continues but without the benefit of signon fastpath performance.
Action:
Intermittent issuance of the message, especially during peak periods, does not signify a problem. When available, CA Top Secret employs ESA AR‑mode service facilities to improve signon performance for regions using profile sharing. If these services are frequently unavailable, consider disabling profile sharing for the affected regions.
