Reason:
An attempt was made to add a certificate (as specified in digicert), but the signing certificate for the certificate has a NOTRUST status. For the status of a certificate being added to be set with TRUST status, one of the criteria is that the signer has the status of TRUST. The certificate is added as NOTRUST and an informational message is issued.
Action:
To ascribe TRUST to this certificate, update the signing certificate with TRUST status using the TSS REPLACE command.
