Reason:
An attempt was made to add a certificate (as specified in digicert), but the signing certificate for the certificate does not reside within the CERTAUTH (CA) ACID. For the status of a certificate being added to be set with TRUST status, one of the criteria is that the signer resides in the CERTAUTH user ID. The certificate is added as NOTRUST and an informational message is issued.
Action:
To ascribe TRUST to this certificate, locate the signing certificate and add to CA Top Secret, and issue TSS REPLACE command with TRUST keyword.
