Reason:
An attempt was made to add a certificate (as specified in digicert), but the validity date range of the signing certificate being added did not fall within the validity date range. For the status of a certificate being added to be set with TRUST status, one of the criteria is that the signer has not expired. The certificate is added as NOTRUST and an informational message is issued.
Action:
Update the certificate signer by certificate renewal process with valid dates.
