Reason:
An attempt was made to add a certificate (as specified in digicert) but the signing certificate could not be located in CA Top Secret. For the status of a certificate being added to be set with TRUST status, one of the criteria for a non-self signed certificate is that the signer must be within the CA Top Secret data base. The certificate is added as NOTRUST and an informational message is issued.
Action:
To ascribe TRUST to this certificate, locate the signing certificate and add to CA Top Secret, and issue TSS REPLACE command with TRUST keyword.
