Reason:
The CIA logstream has been disconnected and records cannot be written to the z/OS system logger at this time. This may occur due to an explicit action, such as a disconnect command. It may also be initiated by the z/OS system logger. Depending on the reason for the disconnect, the CIA real-time logging component may attempt reconnect, wait on a notification that the stream is again available and attempt to connect to it, or terminate the logging task within the ESM.
Action:
This may be a normal condition and no action is necessary. If this is not expected, determine the reason the log stream was disconnected. Issue a reconnect command when appropriate or restart the CIA real-time logging task.
