Reason:
The connection to the log stream was successful, however the structure in which the z/OS system logger stores these records was in the process of being rebuilt. Records cannot be written to this structure and will be accumulated in storage (see the CIAMAXSTOR control option) until the limit is reached or the z/OS system logger can accept records.
