Reason:
The CIA real-time logger has received notification from the z/OS system logger to stop writing to the log stream. This is usually due to a temporary condition such as a structure rebuild. The reason for the condition is usually indicated by the codes displayed in message CIA0371I. The CIA real-time logger waits for notification to again write records to the log stream. During this time records are queued in storage up to the limit specified by the CIAMAXSTOR control option. Once the limit is reached, any new records will be discarded until such time that storage becomes available.
Action:
This is likely a temporary condition. Ensure sufficient storage is available to store records until the temporary condition is resolved.
