CA SRM Web Reporter Trend Service

The CA SRM trend data is uploaded to the central database by the WRDB.

CA SRM trend consolidation uses only two stages. CA SRM Web Reporter has Trend Service (WRTS) that uses four stages such as Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly. Each stage has three data points. The WRTS resides on the CA SRM Web Reporter server and is responsible for maintaining these four stages. Standard trend consolidation used three data points: Average, Minimum, and Maximum.

In the CA SRM database, the three data point types, Average, Minimum, and Maximum are represented by the characters A, N, and X.

Note: WRTS is a Windows service that will be running on Web Reporter Server machine which performs Trend Consolidation. You can set to run Trend Consolidation at any designated time.

The four stages of consolidation are as follows:

Stage

Period (default setting)

Note: You can change each stage period as necessary from the Web Reporter Control Panel.
