Duplicate an Agent Configuration Object

If you need to make an Agent Configuration Object, we recommend duplicating an existing Agent Configuration Object and modify parameter values, than to create a new object.

Note: When you create or modify a Policy Server object in the Policy Server User Interface, use ASCII characters. Object creation or modification with non-ASCII characters is not supported.

To duplicate an agent configuration object

  1. Open the Policy Server User Interface.
  2. From the System tab, select Agent Conf Objects to display the Agent Conf Object List in the right pane.
  3. In the List pane, select the Agent Configuration Object that you want to duplicate then right-click.
  4. Select Duplicate Configuration Object.

The Agent Configuration Object Properties dialog opens.

  5. Edit the Name field, if desired.
  6. Click OK to save the new Agent Configuration Object.

To modify parameters for the newly created Agent Configuration Object, read Modify an Agent Configuration Object.
