When you create a new policy domain, you can assign administrators to the policy domain. These administrators may create, edit, and delete Policy Server objects within the domain.
To assign an Administrator to a policy domain
The Policy Server User Interface adds the administrator to the list in the top portion of the Administrators tab. When you save the policy domain, administrators included in the list on this tab can manage objects within the policy domain.
Note: Adding an administrator in the Administrators tab is equivalent to adding the policy domain to an administrator with a Scope of Some Domains and a Task of Manage Domain Objects.
The Administrator dialog opens. Create the administrator as explained in Configure an Administrator. When you save the new administrator and close the SiteMinder Administrator dialog, the Policy Server User Interface displays the administrator in the Administrators tab.
The Policy Server User Interface saves your changes.
