Resolve Firewall Issues with the Connection Wizard

If you experience firewall issues when you try to run the connection wizard, verify that port 44444 is open on your Policy Server.

If your Policy Server uses the same operating environment as your CA SiteMinder® Agent for SharePoint, you can copy the SharePoint connection wizard executable file to your Policy Server. Then execute the connection wizard on your Policy Server instead.
