Dashboard links such as the Google Earth link can appear inactive when using a secure connection. For Microsoft Internet Explorer access to CA SOI through HTTPS protocol, the browser can prompt you with a dialog prompting, "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?" Click No, which allows access to the configuration pages of the SA Manager when the SA Manager is not configured with SSL. The links then display properly.
