Internet Connection Settings Affect Dashboard Performance

You must verify that the internet connection settings are configured properly on the browser with which you access the Dashboard. Incorrect connection settings (such as an invalid proxy) cause a delay in the Dashboard display and prevent you from being able to install Flash Player and Google Earth from the dashboard.
