Remove CA EEM Application Instance

After uninstalling CA SOI, you remove the application instance in CA EEM for importing users into CA SOI.

Follow these steps:

1. Select Start, Programs, CA, Embedded Entitlements Manager, EEM UI.

   The login page of the CA EEM user interface opens.

2. Enter CA EEM administrator credentials.
3. Click Log In.

   The Home tab of the CA EEM user interface opens.

4. Click the Configure tab.

   The Applications pane of the Configure tab opens.

5. Click the application instance that was created for CA SOI. By default, this instance is prefixed with SOI.

   The Application Instance pane opens with details about the instance.

6. Click Unregister.

   A confirmation dialog opens.

7. Click OK.

   The application instance is removed.
