Uninstall Reports

Uninstall CA SOI reports from the CA Business Intelligence system. The following procedures are required after uninstalling reports to remove the CA SOI reports:

• Remove reports from BusinessObjects
• Remove CA SOI Custom Report Parameters

Follow these steps:

1. Select Start, Programs, CA, Service Operations Insight, Uninstall SOI-Reports on the CA Business Intelligence system.

   The Uninstall SOI - Reports dialog opens.

2. Click Uninstall.

   The report files uninstall, and a summary displays when the process completes.
