Review CA Process Automation Firewall Considerations

To enable communication across the multi-server configuration that is required for HP Service Manager integration, enable the following connections:

• CA Process Automation server to CA Catalyst connector for HP Service Manager on CA Catalyst Container HTTP port (usually 7000) or HTTPS port (usually 7443)
• CA Catalyst connector for HP Service Manager to HP Service Manager server on HTTP (usually 13080) or HTTPS port (usually 13443)
• SA Manager to CA Process Automation server on the CA Process Automation port (8080 by default)
• HP Service Manager to CA Process Automation server on the CA Process Automation port (8080 by default)
• CA Process Automation server to SA Manager on the SA Manager pot (7090 by default)
