Enable Notifications for the SOIuser Contact
You enable the CA Service Desk notifications for the CA SOI SOIuser contact on the CA Service Desk server.
Follow these steps:
- From the CA Service Desk Manager server home page, click the Service Desk tab.
- Select Search, Contacts.
- Enter SOIuser in the Last Name field and click Search.
- Click the SOIuser contact under the Name column.
The Detail window for the SOIuser contact opens.
- Click Edit and click the Notification tab.
- For each of the Notifications drop-down list types (Low, Normal, High, and Emergency), select the SOI_Notification from the Method drop-down list.
- Click Save.
