Example 2: Metrics Derived by the IBM TSRM Connector
The IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager connector derives the following metrics from imported data:
- AvgNumberOfIncidentsPerUser
- PercentMajorIncidents
- NumberOfIncidentsCreated
- UnassignedIncidents
- AvgDailyIncidentsPerAgent
