View CI Alerts

You can view the alerts impacting a CI.

Follow these steps:

1. Access the Mobile Dashboard.
2. Tap the Status Indicator to the right of a given service.
3. Tap an alert.
4. Tap Affected CIs.
5. Tap a CI.
6. Tap Alerts.
7. You can perform the following actions on this page:
   • Tap Details to view the CI USM properties.
   • Tap Hierarchy to display the CI hierarchy.
   • Tap an alert to see the Actions page for the alert.
