Request a Service

Users browse or search the catalog, display services, and submit requests for the services they want. Administrator can configure each service to use either the shopping cart or "one-click submit" as the method for users to request the service. For "one-click submit" services, users request the service by completing the fields, making selections, and clicking Submit, without using a shopping cart. Notes and attachments apply to both types of requests.

Follow these steps:

  1. Browse or search the catalog to find the service you are interested in requesting.
  2. Display the options for the service and select the options that you want.
  3. Add a catalog service to your cart.
  4. Continue shopping until you want to check out.
  5. View your cart to check out or check out from the Add To Cart page.
  6. View the My Selections section to confirm your selections and remove any item that you do not want to keep.
  7. View the General Information section for more read-only information about your request.
  8. Confirm the information in your cart and submit your cart.

Depending on your service provider policies regarding the items that you have requested, your request must be approved. After all the services you have requested are approved, the items you have requested must be fulfilled. After all the items have gone through the fulfillment phase, your request is considered completed.
