Prepare to Run the Common Tenant Merge Utility
When you configure common tenant administration, a required task is preparing to run the common tenant merge utility.
To prepare to run the common tenant merge utility
- Collect the following information and have it ready when you run the utility:
- Shut down CA Service Desk Manager and CA Service Catalog.
- Stop these CA Service Catalog services on the computer where the MDB is installed: CA Service Accounting, CA Service Catalog, and CA Service Fulfillment (if used). Use the Windows Control Panel to stop the services.
- Verify that the common tenant mapping file is complete, and verify its location.
You have prepared to run the common tenant merge utility.
