Data Views

A data view formats the data produced by a data object. You can use data views to present data in tables, charts, or both.

You can perform the following tasks with data views:

• View the list of data views
• Assign data views to folders
• Add a data view or edit one
• Configure column rules when adding or editing data views
• Delete a data view
• Export a data view in PDF or CSV (delimited) format
• Manage off-line data views based on a data view
• Set permissions to specify the level of access for each role to a data view
